Our program is ideal for those working in clinical settings such as health care workers, chaplains, or members of ethics committees. Those involved in the pro-life movement and Catholic secondary school teachers of religion and science have also found it to be of great benefit. The Program provides dioceses, hospitals, and ethics committees better qualified advisors to apply the Catholic moral tradition to challenging contemporary issues in health care.
Also, please check into any of our three Masters / Graduate Credit Opportunities available through participation in our Program:
Through our collaboration with Holy Apostles College and Seminary in Cromwell Connecticut, participants may earn up to 9 graduate credits. Those credits may be applied to a Master of Arts degree in Theology with a concentration in Bioethics from Holy Apostles.
The NCBC Certification Program is practical, inexpensive, and an excellent opportunity to easily study the basics of Catholic bioethics. For additional information, please see the National Catholic Certification Program in Health Care Ethics, call us at 215-877-2660, or contact Julie Kelley in the Education Department at [email protected].
Thank you for your interest in the work and mission of the NCBC. We are very grateful for your support!
